1. Introduction

AI Photo Analysis ("the App") is developed and operated by Teknolojig Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to the AI Photo Analysis mobile application available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Photos and Images

When you use the App to analyze a photo, the image is sent to our secure backend server for processing. We use third-party AI vision services to analyze your images:

• Google Cloud Vision API — Provides object detection, text recognition (OCR), face detection, landmark recognition, logo detection, color analysis, and content safety analysis.
• AWS Rekognition (alternative provider) — Provides similar image analysis capabilities as a backup service.

Important: We do not permanently store your photos on our servers. Images are processed in real-time and are not retained after the analysis is complete. Analysis results are stored locally on your device only.

2.2 Analysis Results

Analysis results (detected labels, objects, text, faces, colors, etc.) are stored locally on your device in the analysis history feature. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it.

2.3 Device Information

We collect minimal, non-personally-identifiable device information for analytics and service improvement purposes:

• Device platform (iOS or Android)
• App version
• Request timestamps
• API response times (for performance monitoring)

This information is collected in aggregate form and cannot be used to identify individual users.

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identification information
• We do not require account creation or login
• We do not collect your location data
• We do not access your contacts, calendar, or other personal data
• We do not track your browsing activity outside the App

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

3.1 Google Cloud Vision API

We use Google Cloud Vision API to analyze images. When you submit a photo for analysis, the image data is sent to Google's servers for processing. Google processes this data according to their Cloud Privacy Notice and Data Usage Policy.

Google Cloud Vision API does not use your images to improve their products unless explicitly opted in, which we have not done.

3.2 Google AdMob

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support free access to all features. AdMob may collect:

• Device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)
• IP address (for approximate location-based ad targeting)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

You can opt out of personalized advertising:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable tracking for AI Photo Analysis
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

3.3 AWS Rekognition (Alternative Provider)

As an alternative image analysis provider, we may use Amazon Web Services (AWS) Rekognition. When active, image data is processed according to AWS Privacy Notice. AWS does not use your content to improve their services without your consent.

3.4 Apple App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS devices, the App requests your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites, in compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You can change this permission at any time in your device settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• Image Analysis: To process your photos and return AI-generated analysis results
• Service Improvement: To monitor API performance, error rates, and response times
• Advertising: To display relevant advertisements through Google AdMob
• App Functionality: To provide analysis history and report generation features

5. Data Storage and Security

• Photos: Not stored on our servers. Processed in real-time and immediately discarded.
• Analysis history: Stored locally on your device using encrypted device storage. You can delete individual items or clear all history at any time from within the App.
• Server logs: Anonymized request logs (no image data, no personal information) are retained for up to 90 days for performance monitoring, then automatically deleted.
• Data transmission: All data transmitted between the App and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your image data is shared only with the AI vision service providers (Google Cloud Vision or AWS Rekognition) strictly for the purpose of performing the analysis you requested.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email address below, and we will take steps to delete such information.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: All your analysis data is stored locally on your device and is accessible to you at any time.
• Deletion: You can delete your analysis history at any time from the App's History screen. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
• Opt-out of personalized ads: You can disable personalized advertising through your device settings.
• Opt-out of tracking (iOS): You can revoke tracking permission through Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

9. Data Retention

• Images: Not retained — processed and discarded immediately.
• Local analysis history: Retained until you delete it or uninstall the App.
• Server analytics: Anonymized logs retained for up to 90 days.
• Ad-related data: Managed by Google AdMob according to their retention policies.

10. International Data Transfers

Your image data may be processed by servers located outside your country of residence, including the United States (Google Cloud, AWS) and the European Union. These transfers are necessary to provide the image analysis service and are protected by HTTPS encryption.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
